Order Processing & Shipping Policy
- Although not mandatory, you will have the option to create a personalized customer account on the IMJD website during your first checkout process. You may place subsequent orders on this website after logging-in to your personalized account or as a "guest." The advantages of creating a customer account include the ability to review open and previous orders online.
- Please allow up to 3 business days (M-F) from the time you place the order for consignment. You will receive an email to acknowledge order receipt at the time you place your order and another to confirm shipment which will include a USPS tracking number.
- Delivery time will be entirely dependent upon USPS and no guarantees can be made unless an expedited shipping option is selected.
- U.S. domestic Standard Shipping will be via USPS First-class mail service at a flat rate of $4.99 which includes packing and handling.
- U.S. domestic Expedited Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail service at a flat rate of $9.99 which includes packing and handling.
- International Shipping will be via USPS First-class Package International Service at a flat rate of $14.50 which includes packing and handling. (Up to 4lbs in weight.)
- We ship Monday through Friday. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- When estimating your delivery time and ETA, please do not count weekends and holidays.
Returns Policy
- Unless a manufacturing defect has occurred, you may request to return your purchase within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please do this via email to info@isabelbeadjewelry.com, clearly stating the reason for the request.
- All requests for return will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once a return is authorized, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item/s (inc. sales tax) upon receipt by IMJD.
- In cases of manufacturing defect you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item (inc. sales tax) plus original and return shipping charges. For all other authorized returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- IMJD may entertain requests for item exchange on a case-by-case basis.
- IMJD will not be responsible for any items returned without authorization.
- IMJD may entertain requests for simple alterations on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply.
Privacy Policy
- We fully respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold or given to outside parties, ever.
- You will not be included on the IMJD email list unless you opt in during the check-out process or by specific request. You can opt out at any time using our contact form and will not receive any further emails from IMJD.
- For your security, the secure check-out process ensures that we do not have visibility to your credit card information. We will not retain your credit card information unless you select an option to save your credit card information within your customer account. (If you choose not to save this information, we will ask you to enter your credit card information every time you order with us.)
